PRESIDENT
Daniel (Dan) Towner PE holds a professional engineering license in multiple states including CA, OR, MN, TN, NC, and TX. Dan graduated from Iowa State University with a master’s in mechanical engineering. His bachelor’s degree is from LeTourneau University. He also obtained a Design for Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Michigan. Dan has experience in down-hole rotary and percussive drilling tools, large structure mechanization, and valve design for chemical plants and municipalities. He enjoys playing music and collecting exotic instruments. Dan was raised in Spain and is fluent in Spanish and conversational in German.

HUMAN RESOURCES
Rubia Towner brings a strong background from several years of experience as CEO of a staffing agency (MN Employment Solutions). She is heavily involved with the Hispanic community of Minnesota and serves on the board of To Every Nation International, a non-profit that specializes in education of minorities. Rubia also enjoys traveling and visiting new places.
